How to find us
Beechfield House's convenient location makes it easily accessible by various modes of transport. To ensure your journey goes as smoothly as possible, we've collated some information here. If you have any questions ahead of your visit, simply get in touch.
We have four EV charging points on site. Two Tesla dedicated EV car chargers and two general car charging points – all with type 2 connectors. On arrival, guests should park up in one of the dedicated spaces and connect up before notifying reception who will turn the point on. We have a minimum charge of £20 per session to connect up to one of our chargers
From London via M4
Take the M4 towards Bristol and exit at Junction 17. Follow signs for Poole (A350). Once you have bypassed Chippenham and Lacock you will enter the village of Beanacre. As you begin to exit the village look for signs on your left to Beechfield House. Do not take the first signed entrance (deliveries) but take the second entrance up the driveway leading to the front of the house.
From Bristol

From Bath
From Bath take the A4 towards Chippenham. As you approach Chippenham you will see signs to the A350. Take the A350 towards Melksham and Poole. Keep on the A350 and after Lacock you will enter the village of Beanacre. As you begin to exit the village, look for signs on your left to Beechfield House. Do not take the first signed entrance (deliveries) but take the second entrance up the driveway leading to the front of the house.
From the South via M3
Leave the M3 at junction 8 heading west on the A303. Take the exit for the A350, just after Chicklade, and continue North until entering the village of Beanacre. The hotel will then be found immediately on the right.
From the South West
Heading East on the A303, take the exit for the A350, just after West Knoyle, and continue North until entering the village of Beanacre. The hotel will then be found immediately on the right.

Beechfield House is near to two railway stations Melksham – approximately 2 minutes by car Chippenham – approximately 15 minutes by car Chippenham Station is on the mainline London to Bath route. Taxis can be ordered for you – please contact reception on 01225 703700 in advance of your journey.
Bristol airport – approxiamtely 1 hour by car/taxi from Beechfield House.
London Heathrow – approximately 1.5 hours by car/taxi from Beechfield House.

Please telephone in advance of arriving by helicopter. Pilots are asked to keep to 500+ feet above the property until descent and then rise to 500+ feet as soon as possible after take off. Beechfield House is on the edge of the RAF Lyneha, Zone on frequency 123.4 MHz. This is also a parachute zone and training area. Colerne ATZ is nearby and contact may be made with Colerne Tower on frequency 122.1Mhz.
Please note the use of the helicopter landing area is entirely the responsibility of the pilot in command and no warranties are offered about its suitability or accuracy. Care should be taken in particular in relation to the surrounding trees and power lines etc.
