Overview

The policy of the Beechfield House Hotel is to be as inclusive as possible to all guests and to never discriminate on the grounds of physical limitations.
Parking

We have a large car park located at the front of the hotel. There are parking spaces located very close to the Coach House entrance which provides one level access to the majority of the hotel. Please do contact our reception team to organise access via the Coach House entrance in advance of your arrival.

Should you require any assistance with luggage taken from your vehicle to your bedroom, one of our friendly team will assist with help. Please request with our reception team prior to or on arrival.

Staying overnight

We have a mixture of different room types located between the ground, first and second floor. Unfortunately, our hotel does not offer a lift.

We have 4 ground floor Cosy rooms which may be suitable for guests with limited mobility and wheelchair access. Please note however - all bathrooms have baths with showers above. If you are wishing to reserve a ground floor bedroom, please contact our reservations team.

Our aim is to offer a wonderful service to all of our guests and many of our staff will have or be attending training relevant to our less able guests.

A number of our rooms are suitable for small families, with the provision of Z-Beds and cots for young children. We have a number of interconnecting rooms. We also have the two bedroom Garden Apartment that has been specifically designed with family groups in mind.

Visiting the hotel for the day

Our four dining rooms and the bar are located on the ground floor as are the facilities for Ladies & Gentlemen. Our grade 2 listed hotel does not however offer any fully adapted special needs toilet facilities.

Dietary

All dietary requirements are catered for. We request that guests advise us of any dietary requirements during the booking process and these are clarified upon arrival.

Pets

As we are pet friendly accommodation, we of course welcome Service dogs in selected bedrooms and in all public areas.
