Meet the chef

Our talented Head Chef, Daniel Smith, joined the team at Beechfield House in April 2024 bringing with him over 30 years ' experience. Daniel has worked across a wealth of kitchens in London and the South West, including five star hotels and Michelin star restaurants, and now brings his expertise, modern British inspired menus, and passion for great produce to Beechfield House.

Everything was perfect - the welcome, the attention, the setting, the quality of the food, drinks and service. The party girl herself had a very memorable and well-deserved special day.
